Empower your postpartum fitness journey with the EXACT baby-weight exercises created for the US Air Force.

If there's ONE thing that moves the needle for postpartum fitness, it's consistency.
But finding time to get to the gym or trying to workout when the baby naps can be impossible.
That's where we come in. Download our library of over 50 exercises you can do WITH your baby,
no nap required.
This isn’t about bouncing back. This is about launching forward — and staying committed to your goals, no matter what each day brings.

...and that's my son, playing with cars while I try to squeeze in a workout. Listen, I know how hard it is to prioritize your own health and recovery as a mom. I have three kids, and though I've worked in health and fitness for over 20 years, postpartum recovery has not been easy for me, either. From C-section recovery to diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction, I've been there. I know the feeling: finding time to exercise feels impossible, and then the workout feels discouraging. Your body feels unfamiliar, weak, and broken. You keep an extra sweatshirt and pads on hand in case your pelvic floor muscles give way mid-workout. You have all good intentions of squeezing in some exercise during naptime, but then the baby refuses to be put down. You want nothing more than to work up a good sweat and channel your stress into strength... but it feels like your body (and your baby!) won't let you. Instead of feeling invigorated by exercise, you feel overwhelmed.
I get it, mama, and I can help.

In 2022, I was hired to create a return-to-running protocol for the US Air Force. I spent years dissecting the research and consulting with physical therapists to create a first-of-its-kind, evidence-based, 6-month training program that would help military mamas pass the PFT (physical fitness test) and return to work.
But, it quickly became clear: the challenge facing new moms stretches far beyond the physical. Consistent workouts are nearly impossible with no childcare, no sleep, and no time between feedings.
That's why I was adamant that we include a library of exercises that could be done WITH a baby in tow. We filmed these exercises for the Air Force, and now I'm bringing them to you, to help you reach your postpartum goals—no matter the setbacks.

Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum (or more!), this program will help you stay on track towards your postpartum fitness goals.
Here's what you'll get:
*a private YouTube playlist including over 50 exercises (and more on the way!)
*self-assessments to keep you on track
*access to our private Circle community of new moms

“I’ve never seen a postpartum app this comprehensive. It’s more than just workouts and recipes, it’s tips to help you navigate life as a new mom! From healing my pelvic floor (I had no idea that was even a thing!) to finding out facts about vaccines and sleep, this app has helped me with it all."

“Amazing content with the high-level info you really want to know as you start your life as a new mama. I love that the content comes from experts and doctors in each area. Save yourself 5,000 Google searches and sorting through questionable advice on baby boards. This is going to be your best pal for everything from what to expect with birth recovery to losing weight, baby blues and the list goes on. I’m 8 months in with my LO and I’m still learning how to take care of myself. This is such a huge help.”

"Thank you. I'm 9 weeks and have been enjoying doing this video twice a week for the last month. It's been helping my core and lower back strength. I'm looking forward to the next series. "

This program is designed to help anyone exercise safely, whether your goal is to run around the block or train for a marathon. Previous experience is not necessary, but the exercises will be more familiar if you've worked out before!
This is an at-home workout that only requires a baby carrier and some dumbbells. If you have a workout bench or chair, that will also come in handy.
Yes, though we recommend only attempting these exercises with babies who have mastered head control. Otherwise, you'll need to support your baby's head with your hand until they are able to hold their head steady.
