As a mama to three kids under age 3.5, I know just how busy motherhood can be. The freedom we once had to go the gym or attend group fitness classes becomes especially difficult when there is a little one to look after. Add in sleep deprivation, and it can seem almost impossible to find time for yourself, let alone time to exercise!
